Rare vintage Patek Philippe Lady Dress Watch with reference 3354 in 18k white gold. Inside, the Patek Philippe hand-wound calibre 13.5-320 is at work. This watch is on the original Patek gold bracelet with a white gold jewellery clasp, which has a total length of approx. 17 cm including the case, but is also suitable for a smaller wrist due to the ladder in the clasp.
The watch is in good condition and was serviced by our master watchmaker in November 2025 – without refurbishment of the case or bracelet. The highlight of the watch is the so-called ‘Greyhound’ grey dial, which looks stunning in combination with white gold. The total weight of the watch is approx. 50.5 grams, and the dimensions of the case are 20 x 23 mm, the perfect size for a classic ladies' dress watch.
