Very rare Vintage Patek Philippe Jumbo Nautilus "Diamond" with the reference 3700/3J in 18k yellow gold and additionally the matching Jumbo Nautilus cufflinks "Diamond". These have the reference 9038J in 18k yellow gold and Patek original diamond setting. The watch has a beautiful PP original diamond setting on the bezel with 112 diamonds, totally approx. 1.61 carats. This Nautilus has the bracelet with "fat" strap elements, i.e. 16 mm wide at the clasp, which is hallmarked with Gay Freres. The watch itself has the legendary Patek automatic calibre 28-255C and a diameter of 40 mm. The dial is "blue grey" and shines beautifully in sunlight (see photos). This rare Vintage 3700 was produced in 1980 and sold on 25 February 1980 and is in very good condition - unpolished original condition!
