Stunning and antique A. Lange & Söhne "Deutsche Uhrenfabrikation" Savonnette pocket watch in 14k / 0.585 yellow gold. The movement and case number of the watch is 711xx, that means this Lange dates back to around 1912. Under the two case backs the gold plated 3/4 plate movement with gold screw compensation balance, Breguet balance spring and regulator spring fine adjustment is located! The watch also has 3 case backs and a gold-plated dial with inlaid Arabic enamel numerals and a small second at 6 o'clock.
This ALS pocket watch is in very good condition and runs beautifully, there is an engraving of ‘Felsing-Berlin’ on the second hinge back, this is where the watch was originally sold. The total weight is 81 grams with a diameter without crown of 51 mm. The hinged case back currently protects the dial without the watch glass, but the original replacement watch glass (packed for over 100 years and labelled with the serial number) is enclosed, as is the original replacement mainspring. This Lange pocket watch also comes with the original ALS box - certificate (with the correct movement/case number 711xx) - described accessories.
